• No returns or exchanges once a transaction is complete.
• Turnaround time from the purchase of a ready to purchase order is 5-7 days not including the weekend.
• Tumblers are handmade so minor imperfections may be visible. I am a bit of a perfectionist so I inspect each tumbler personally.
• Tumblers placed with no glitter, may have glitter that escaped captivity. I work with primarily glitter that covers 75% of my own home.
• Once a tumbler is sent and tracking is provided, I am no longer responsible for the package. I will however, help keep track of your package.
• Please keep in mind that I am a stay at home mother with 3 children. My full time job is Mom and life gets super busy. I look forward to making a tumbler you would love to have and I am always here if you have any questions.
• Please give me 24-48 goes to respond to an inquiry.
• I will be accepting a limited amount of custom orders every month. These will have a 6-8 week turnaround time. I do not work on customs on the weekends.
